| Description: Our client is a dynamic force within the retail and supplies industry. Based in Northampton they are a FTSE 250 PLC with an annual turnover of over a billion pounds. Due to this ongoing success, a new opportunity has arisen within their dedicated IT team. Reporting to the Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the development of transactional Websites for Back End order processing and product data applications. You will be responsible for modifying, developing and maintaining systems in line with strategic planning. You must be able to produce high quality code & well-designed Websites. You must have a background in Java Software development, knowledge of JEE, JSP, Servlets, EJB3 is essential, together with outstanding programming and Web design skills using HTML/CSS. You will be highly numerate and able to solve problems logically, whilst remaining focused on quality and meeting tight deadlines. The ability to work as part of a team, a positive attitude, and superior communication skills are essential. | |
